1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be issued for:
Incorrect or missing items
Food not meeting our quality standards
Orders canceled before preparation begins
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at (607) 307-3140. Include details such as your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Some banks may take longer to reflect the credit.
4. Exceptions
We may not be able to process refunds for:
Orders where the food was consumed
Issues not reported in a timely manner
Personal taste preferences
